Direct Billing
We direct bill most major extended health benefit plans on your behalf. Simply bring your insurance card and we'll handle the claim submission at the time of your visit — this helps to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses and eliminate insurance paperwork.
Coverage varies by plan. We recommend confirming your benefits prior to your first visit. Any balance not covered by your insurer is due at the time of service.
